Alpha v0.2.2
Alright, this one’s a big boy.
Alpha V0.2.2 is officially the largest update the game has ever received, and honestly… it kinda feels like a mini-rebuild of the whole experience. Anyway, here’s everything that dropped:
Inventory System .it’s here. The inventory system is now officially part of the game. It comes with 7 slots. You can fill them with items. Each item type can stack up to 72. You open it using the (I) button.
It’s simple, clean, and solid enough for the Alpha stage
Food is now a real mechanic!
Eating restores your health, and the very first food item added to the game is Carrots Are Here. Carrots spawn in forests and plains. Eating one gives you +10 HP.
You can collect it by standing on it and pressing the pickup button. (E)
Simple and useful
The minimap is now officially in the game.
Yeah yeah, I know… “finally.” But hey — it works, and it’s clean.
A bunch of visual changes landed in this update:
Fog in the normal world has been intensified.
Render distance has been expanded.
Performance tweaks to reduce the heaviness from the new visuals
Cave-world fog color changed from green to blue.
Underground world also got thicker fog for better atmosphere.
The game genuinely looks and feels better now
Player Movement Adjustments:
The player was moving too fast, so movement speed has been lowered. Now it feels smoother, lighter, and way more controllable
